By accessing or using AWEAR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AWEAR is an AI-powered tool that helps users recognize narcissistic abuse patterns in conversations. The Service is provided by Redemption Management.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• Do not share account credentials with others

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or violent
• Upload content that exploits or harms minors
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to disrupt the Service's security
• Use bots or scrapers without permission
• Violate any law or third-party right

• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide and improve the Service
• You are responsible for content you create and share
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

The Service helps identify patterns in conversations. It does NOT constitute psychological diagnosis or therapy. Consult a licensed mental health professional for clinical needs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, especially for content that exploits minors, threats of violence, or illegal activity.

• Some features require a paid subscription (processed via Stripe)
• Fees displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period

The Service design, features, and content are our intellectual property. User content remains user property. Do not copy or distribute our content without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
